How Arcana handles private notes, profiles and optional analytics.

Who operates this service
DT Software, operated by Duc Ta Minh in Vietnam, provides this service. For support, privacy requests or legal enquiries, email contact@dtsoft.dev. The main studio website is dtsoft.dev.
Personal information stays on your device
Arcana does not require an account. Cards, history, reflections, intentions, shortcuts and settings are stored locally in the browser or Chrome extension storage. Numerology and compatibility calculations run on your device. A saved Number Cycle profile can contain a birth date, optional name and check-ins; the optional extension numerology mode stores its birth date locally. These names, dates and note text are not sent in analytics. The extension does not read browsing history or other tabs.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off until you allow it. When enabled and configured, interaction events, page paths without query strings, language, calculated numbers and a random installation or browser identifier are sent through Arcana’s Cloudflare service to Google Analytics 4. This helps us understand feature use. A random identifier is pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. We exclude note text, names, birth dates, emails and browsing history. The extension requests optional network permission for the analytics endpoint only when you enable analytics. Use Analytics settings on the website or the Analytics setting in the app or extension to stop future events. Website and app choices may be stored separately.
Exporting and sharing
Exports and imports are processed on your device. A Hợp tuổi result image can include the lunar birth years and zodiac animals entered; it is created on request and only shared when you choose to share it. Share links use animal slugs and relationship types, not birth dates. Once you share an image or file, its recipients and sharing service control their copies.
Purposes and choices
Local processing provides the tools you request. Where applicable, operating and securing the website and answering messages relies on our legitimate interests or providing the requested service; optional analytics relies on consent. Clear app data using Settings, uninstall the extension, or clear website storage to remove local records. The Number Cycle profile can be removed by clearing the website’s data. Export records you want to keep first. We cannot recover or remotely delete data held only on your device.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting and security providers process connection information such as IP address, browser details, request time and requested resources to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare provides the public website infrastructure. If you contact us, email providers process your address and message. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell your personal data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and service security.
How long information is kept
Information stored only on your device remains until you delete it, clear site or extension data, or your browser removes it. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and related legal obligations. Hosting and analytics records follow the provider and service retention settings; withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection but does not automatically erase earlier events. Contact us about information we hold.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email contact@dtsoft.dev and identify the service and request; do not send passwords or sensitive records. We may need proportionate identity verification. You may complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your situation.
Children and security
The service is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us. We use access controls and security measures appropriate to the service, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes and questions
The date on this page identifies this version. We will publish changes here and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory laws and your right to seek remedies through competent authorities remain unaffected.
