Our work and your content
Original Arcana software, text, visual design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and belong to DT Software or their respective rights holders. You retain rights to content you create. Using the service does not transfer ownership of either party’s work. Public availability is not a licence to redistribute or sell the software or copy the site wholesale. Statutory exceptions remain available.
Third-party material
Third-party names, trademarks, fonts, libraries, images and client materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. Displaying them does not imply endorsement. Open-source components keep the rights granted by their licences; this notice does not replace those licences.
Tarot artwork
The original Rider–Waite–Smith illustrations were drawn by Pamela Colman Smith under the direction of Arthur Edward Waite and published in 1909. Arcana uses scans sourced from the Rider–Waite tarot deck collection on Wikimedia Commons, identified there as public-domain artwork. We do not claim copyright over those originals. Modern recolourings and editions may have separate rights. The card-back design was created for Arcana.
Report a copyright concern
